Counselling sessions last 50 minutes and can take place online, in person, or by telephone. You’re welcome to choose the format that feels most comfortable. If you prefer in‑person work, full details of the therapy space are shared during the introductory call.
My fee for counselling is £60 per session.
Supervision sessions are £60.
Payment is made by bank transfer on the day of your session. If you have any questions about fees or payment, we can discuss them during the introductory call.
Before beginning therapy, I offer a short introductory call. This gives you a chance to ask questions, get a sense of how I work, and decide whether counselling feels right for you. There is no pressure to commit — the call is simply a space to explore whether we’re a good fit.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please let me know with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full fee.
I offer daytime and evening appointments throughout the week. We can discuss what works best for you during the introductory call.
Everything you share in counselling is treated with care and confidentiality. I work within professional ethical guidelines, and we can talk through how confidentiality works in practice when we first meet.
