Counselling in Aberdeen and online across the UK
I offer counselling that is steady, calm, and grounded. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, relationship strain, long‑term pressure, or a sense that something isn’t right, therapy can give you space to slow down, think clearly, and feel more like yourself again.
My approach is person‑centred, trauma‑informed, and relational. Sessions move at a pace that suits you, and you can bring whatever feels important — thoughts, feelings, memories, or situations that are difficult to make sense of on your own.
I offer therapy online, in person, and by telephone. You’re welcome to choose the format that feels most comfortable. If you prefer in‑person work, full details of the therapy space are shared during the introductory call.
Some people come for a few sessions to work through a specific issue. Others prefer longer‑term therapy to explore deeper patterns, trauma, or relational dynamics. We can talk together about what feels right for you.
Reaching out can feel daunting, especially if you’ve been carrying things alone for a long time. You don’t need to have the “right words” or a clear explanation — we can work that out together.
If you’d like to explore working together, you’re welcome to get in touch to arrange an introductory call. It’s a chance to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide whether therapy with me feels like a good fit.
